FIREFIGHTERS were called to a barn fire in the early hours of Saturday.
Crews from Malton attended the incident in Crambe, just after 2.30am after a pile of logs stored in the barn caught fire. They used two hose reels and pitchforks at the scene.
North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service said it believed it was caused by sparks from a nearby bonfire.
