MORE than 500 tablet devices have been supplied to care homes during the coronavirus pandemic.
Residents in Humber, Coast and Vale have remained connected to GPs during lockdown - after 537 devices were supplied to care homes through a digital programme.
Virtual GP consultations means healthcare can continue, decrease the exposure to coronavirus.
John Skidmore, from the Humber, Coast and Vale Health and Care Partnership, said: “We are working together to provide additional technology in the future.”
