Helmsley Arts Centre
PLANS have been submitted by Helmsley Arts Centre to help improve access to the building.
The planning application includes proposals to carry out alterations and extensions to provide disabled access from the groundfloor to the first floor at the arts centre, which is currently closed due to the coronavirus.
