A SEAFRONT run has raised £215 for the Scarborough branch of the Royal British Legion.
To mark Remembrance weekend, runners from Scarborough Athletic Club’s Walk to Run Group completed a run from The Hideout café in Columbus Ravine to the Toll House and back again.
Hideout manager Jordan Padgham said: “We were very pleased to welcome runners from the Walk to Run Group to support a great cause. It was a very successful event, with a lovely atmosphere and we were delighted to hand over a cheque for £215 to the British Legion afterwards.”
Entrants paid £5 a head and a total of £215 was raised.
