ARTISAN drinks producer Raisthorpe Distillery is investing in a new still at its base in the Yorkshire Wolds.
Marking their 10th anniversary last year, the family business produces award-winning liqueurs, vodkas and dry gins on a site in Thixendale.
Julia Medforth, the founder of Raisthorpe Distillery, said: “Installing the new still represents a major investment for us at a time when our business has achieved successful growth and continues to aim high.”
Julia and her son Oliver run the company, overseeing the production and sale of its drinks range to independent retailers, farm shops and delis across the country.
Julie added: “We take great pride in our products and always look to innovate and create new ones which will appeal to consumers as the artisan drinks market continues to grow.”
Raisthorpe won four awards at this year’s Great Taste Awards.
