A MAN was taken to hospital after a crash on the A64 near Malton this morning (Monday).
North Yorkshire Police said a single vehicle collision was reported at 5.55am and it happened on the A64 eastbound at Whitwell-on-the-Hill.
A vehicle had collided with a barrier, the force added.
One lane was blocked and reopened at 7am.
A spokesman for the force commented: "A male driver was taken to hospital and is not believed to be seriously injured."
