Hotel rooms flooded by damaged pipe
SEVERAL hotel rooms were damaged after a damaged pipe flooded part of the property.
A fire crews from Scarborough were called to the property in the town's Belmount Road, just before 2am this morning.
A spokesman for North Yorkshire Fire Service said: "A damaged pipe caused flood damage to several rooms. The Scarborough crew isolated the water to the hotel and gave advice to the owners."
