Electrical fault blamed for vehicle fire
AN electrical fault has been blamed for starting a vehicle fire yesterday (Monday).
Crews were called just after 8.20am to Chop Gate and found one vehicle well alight.
A spokesman for North Yorkshire Fire Service said firefighters extinguished it using one hose reel, spreaders and small tools.
