MALTON Museum is getting ready host a range of children’s activities this month.
On Monday, July 22, from 1pm to 3pm, join the museum for their Go Racing! event.
Help to make a fabulous fabric collage using colours and patterns found on jockey’s racking silks.
As part of the Festival of Archaeology, pop into the museum on Tuesday, July 23, from 1pm to 3pm, to discover what archaeologists do.
The museum is also running four time travel sessions, where you will be able to visit the Stone Age, Roman, Anglo-Saxon and Viking periods.
These hands-on sessions are full of games, crafts and dressing-up. The sessions take place on July 29 to July 30. It is £3 per session or £10 for all four sessions.
