A DISPLAY of Christmas trees decorated by businesses and organisations in Norton has gone on show this week.

The town’s fourth Christmas tree festival, held at St Peter’s Church, raises funds for local charities, Next Steps and Racing Welfare.

Rev Rachel Hirst said: “We have a good selection of people taking part, some who have taken part before, along with a few new ones.

“It proved very popular last time we held it, so we hope that everyone will call at the church and have a look at the trees.”

The festival will finish on Saturday, December 8 when it will be open from 10am to 1pm. Entry is free with donations welcomed.
