THE 1st Helmsley Scout and Girlguiding Group got together to wash cars and serve a delicious cooked breakfast, all to raise money for the scout hut rebuild.
A spokesman for the group said: “It was lovely to see all the units working together and having fun to raise money for a much needed scout hut rebuild.
“This was the first fundraiser of many.”
The two groups have also got together to make a 1st Helmsley Group cook book.
