POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a window and a car were "substantially damaged".

The criminal damage happened on Fletton Road, Norton at 11.15pm on November 9.

Police said: "A person caused substantial damage to the front window of a property and a vehicle parked outside.

"We are requesting the public’s assistance to help establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident.

"In particular, we are appealing for information about anyone who witnesses the offender cause the damage or has CCTV.
