POLICE are appealing for information about a collision which left a 52-year-old male pedestrian with serious injuries.
The incident happened at about 10.30pm on Sunday in Princess Street, Scarborough, and involved a small, blue car.
The pedestrian suffered a fractured right ankle and facial injuries.
The car did not stop and was seen to travel from Princess Street to St Sepulchre Street.
Witnesses should phone North Yorkshire Police on 101.
