TWO drivers suffered minor injuries this morning after a crash involving a car and a van on a North Yorkshire road.
A blue Mercedes was left standing on its side following the collision with a white Ford Transit van on the A168 at Topcliffe at about 8.20am, the second accident on the stretch of road in as many days.
Paramedics were called to the scene but neither driver was badly injured. The damaged vehicles are now being taken away and anybody who saw the crash should phone North Yorkshire Police on 101.
Yesterday, a tractor towing a trailer full of pig slurry and a lorry crashed in the same area, leaving the road blocked.
