ROAD-safety demonstrations will be held across North Yorkshire next week, with speed monitors in place on key roads.
The initiatives are being staged by North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue service in support of the UN’s Global Road Safety Week and the Chief Fire Officers Association’s National Road Safety Week.
The demonstrations will be in York, Malton, Selby and Richmond, with speed monitoring equipment used in Hambleton, Scarborough and Richmond.
