VICTORIA’S Angels will take wing at Bannatyne’s Health Centre in Nether Poppleton tomorrow.

It is the launch of a new weekly “success club”, aimed at the personal development of women.

Behind it is Victoria Havercroft, of Skeldergate, who ended a seven-year successful career as a civil engineer to become a master practitioner of the art of neuro-linguistic programming, which is a technique of achieving transformation and self-mastery.

She trained with Christopher Howard, the international personal training guru, and spent six months on a farm in Canada studying the communication abilities of semi-wild horses, abilities, she says, which are transferable to humans.

Victoria, 31, chose the health centre at York Business Park to launch her Victoria’s Angels venture, offering the First two-hour session, starting at 7pm, free “because those women who have joined a gym have already taken the first step to changing their lives”.

For that reason she plans other sessions to “release the power of your inner angel” at Fitness First and the David Lloyd gyms in York.

She said: “Reaction to the venture has been very exciting and encouraging. I have already had requests to start a male group and I have been asked to do general corporate training, so watch this space.”

Women wanting to become one of Victoria’s Angels should phone her on 07525 203722.
