CALLING in to St Sampson's Centre recently was a treat. Many of those who attended joined in a Harvest Thanksgiving service.
The Rev Canon Simon Stanley said it all in his blessing. There were familiar songs with an excellent choir, conducted by Martin Hotton.
It sent a message of thanks for all what we receive and the onset of autumn. Harvest tells us another season has arrived, and thoughts turn in that direction.
I hope many of those attended enjoyed it as much as I did.
