POLICE want to speak to two men in connection with the theft of designer glasses from a York store.

North Yorkshire Police say the men, captured on CCTV, stole four pairs of Prada frames and two pairs of Dolce & Gabbana glasses from Boots in Coney Street.

The incident occurred at about 11.30am on December 3, 2011, and police said the frames were valued at about £1,500.

The first man is white, aged in his late 40s to mid 50s, about 5ft 7in, with a large build, and was wearing a dark green coat, a light blue shirt, brown trousers, dark brown shoes, a flat cap and glasses at the time of the theft.

The second man is also in his late 40s to mid 50s, about 5ft 8in tall, with short grey hair, and was wearing black jacket, dark trousers and dark shoes.
