TWO men have been arrested following a burglary in a North Yorkshire village.
The men, both from Great Ayton, were arrested on Monday following a burglary in the village on the same day.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesman said one man, aged 18, was arrested on suspicion of theft, and a 19-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of burglary. Both remain in police custody.
Homeowners have been urged to take precautions to ensure their homes are secure
