HAVING been nearly forced off the road by the No. 20 bus driving too close to me while cycling, and then verbally abused by the driver for hogging the road on the mini-roundabout on Melrosegate, I thought I’d register a complaint with the operators Transdev.
Having completed their online inquiry two weeks ago, I am still awaiting a reply. I’m sure driving tons of heavy bus in an intimidating manner and trying to overtake on a narrow roundabout is not good practice. I wonder if their website is not functioning, or if perhaps other people have similar complaints? Come on Transdev, get your act together.
