WHY do drivers feel the need to use their mobiles while driving?
The use of a hand-held mobile while driving is not only against the law, but a serious hazard to other road users and pedestrians.
How are the police going to eradicate this selfish trait?
One good starting point would be for driving instructors to make new drivers aware, at the start of each lesson, that it is an illegal activity.
Well, perhaps that might be a good idea. However, having watched an instructor creeping up to traffic lights in Selby holding and dialling a number on her mobile, perhaps the idea does not have any substance!
