MODELS and entertainers flocked to an agency open day to show off their talent to a famous scout.
Debbie McGee, who is best known as the glamorous assistant to her husband, magician Paul Daniels, was in York searching for talent for her new model agency on Sunday.
Debbie McGee Models Ltd, which Debbie runs with business partner, Sue Simons, held an assessment day at the Royal York Hotel.
Sue said: "We had a fantastic day. We met some wonderful people in York and we've taken a lot of people on to the agency's books.
"We had a lot of bookings beforehand, and a lot of people turned up on the day too."
The pair were in York hunting for new faces, characters and talent. They have been holding open days up and down the country.
Debbie said: "Recently, we have sent clients of all ages for a variety of castings, including a new Hollywood movie, a pilot TV game show, a commercial in LA and even a TV commercial for Cillit Bang.
"A casting agent also chose some of our clients to work backstage at the Milton Keynes Robbie Williams concert."
