A MAN has been seriously injured after a street fight in a North Yorkshire town early today.
Police were called to reports of a group of men brawling in Parliament Street, Harrogate, just after 4.10am, with one man being taken to hospital suffering from serious head injuries.
One man has been arrested following the incident and is currently in custody. Anybody who witnessed the fight or can help the investigation should phone Harrogate CID on 0845 6060 247.
