THE new “supermobile” library operated by North Yorkshire County Council has begun its new rolling timetable of visiting 22 locations in the county.
Compared to conventional mobile libraries, which were withdrawn last month, the supermobile offers about 3,000 items of stock, including books, DVDs, videos and audio books. It also offers internet access via satellite.
