A YORK man jailed last year for drugs offences has been ordered to repay £5,000.
Darren Sholl, 41, was jailed in November 2010 for 12 months, after admitting possessing a bodybuilding drug with intent to supply it to others, possessing cannabis and possessing a stun gun.
At a “confiscation of assets” hearing this week, York Crown Court – sitting at Harrogate Magistrates’ Court for the day – heard Sholl had benefited by £5,000 and ordered him to repay the same amount.
Sholl was also told to pay £2,000 prosecution costs. He could be jailed for three months if he does not pay.
The court’s last registered address for Sholl was Rawcliffe Drive in Clifton, York.
