I would just like to thank all the people who came to my rescue last Thursday morning (July 7) when l fell near Skeldergate bridge: the two people who helped me stand up, the lady who stopped in the car and especially the lady with the Nescafé bag who stayed with me and gave me water, tissues and soothing talk.
Just goes to show how kind York citizens are.
