JUST to put A Logan in the picture (Letters, June 23).
I know the cleaners who work in BHS and I know they work extremely hard. When they’ve finished, the toilets are spotless. Ten minutes later they can be disgusting, due to the behaviour of the users – females being the worst.
Nine out of ten users do not shop in BHS, it’s because they’re free. The cleaners are only in a few hours a day and that’s for the whole store. If a charge was brought into force these scumbags would go elsewhere, leaving clean toilets for decent users.
