RYEDALE Cricket Development Group are holding a level one coaching course in October and November.
It is aimed at beginner coaches who will be able to assist more qualified coaches with running warm-ups, cooldowns, small sided games and small group work.
The course is essentially designed for parents and volunteers and takes place on Saturday, October 21, and November 4 and 11 at Northern Ryedale Leisure Centre, Pickering.
The course also requires participants to have emergency first aid and good practice and child protection certificates, but the RCDG will also provide courses to ease the whole process.
The first aid course is being run on two dates - Friday, October 6 and Sunday, October 22. The good practice and child protection course is on Wednesday, October 11.
