A clinic in Selby is closing as part of the new hospital development.
Patients are being reminded that NHS services provided at the Raincliffe Street Clinic in Selby will be moving into The New Selby War Memorial Hospital in Doncaster Road in June.
This is part of the Selby Community Project which will see a new hospital and civic centre built next to the old site.
Once the new hospital site is operational in late June, the Raincliffe Street Clinic will close.
The new hospital will house the following services: podiatry, community dental care, school health nurses, the school age administration team, speech and language therapy, fast response team, sexual health and family planning, paediatrics, and mproving access to psychological therapies.
Jenny Carter, directorate manager of adult community services in Selby at York Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, said: “This is good news for patients and staff as the new hospital will provide brand new purpose-built facilities all under one roof.”
