EBOR increased their lead at the top of York Phoenix Monday Darts League division one with a clean sweep at Rose & Crown.

A maximum for 20 from Mark Hartley was one of the highlights and he was well backed up by Tony Raymond (16) and Arthur Conyers (18).

Sun Inn kept in touch with a hard fought 6-3 win at Clifton, who led 3-2 after Lutz Leutzsch (16) and Steve Wade (17) eased them in front. Chris Thompson levelled with 17 and 18 dart legs, then Tony Cooper sealed the last game win with a 136 finish for 15, followed by a 124 finish for 18.

Acomb A' had Heath Scaife out in 19 and 19 darts with Keith Turner adding a 17. Paul Botterill (19) sealed the last-gasp win at Marcia Grey, who had Lee Brundett out in 19.

Cygnet B' lost the opener against Shepherd SC but went on to take the rest, with Gaz Witty closing in 17 against Mick Willsden, who recorded a 16. Mitre had Steve Simpson clinching the last game win against Cygnet A', who had a 20 from Pete Leake.

Edward VII remain top of division two after a 6-3 win at Britannia, but Falcon closed the gap with an 8-1 vicotry at Gillygate, where Kev Newsome gamed in 21 and Chris Wilson had a fine 16.

Mal Davey went out in 20, as Alice won 7-2 against Slipper, and a 21-darter from Steve Green gave Anchor victory against Mount A'.

Division three leaders Mount B' took the lot against Flag B', with Adie Shaw notching a maximum and Nick Harteveld going out in 17.

Yearsley A' consolidated second spot as Phil Good closed in 19 and 21 to seal their victory against Post Office Club. Acomb B' bounced back from 3-0 down to beat Bootham Tavern 6-3.

Nick Davis was Lord Nelson's match-winner at Wenlock Arms, while a 21-darter from Alan Stevens stood out for Yearsley B' in their 6-3 win against Sun Inn.
