AT the last funeral I went to, the deceased had left instructions for a collection to be made in aid of a donkey sanctuary where, Mike Bentley whines, "There, ageing donkeys with gold-encrusted hooves watch reruns of Black Beauty on plasma screens." (British animal instinct is crazy, Saturday soundoff, The Press, August 26).
The deceased was not one of Mr B's "mad old women", but (dare I say it?) a macho man.
