TWO men have appeared in York Crown Court today charged with causing the death of 15-year-old Natalia Wiley in a car crash.
Robert Turnbull, 18, from Pickering, who was driving the blue Vauxhall Corsa in which Natalia was a passenger, was released on bail with the condition he must not contact certain prosecution witnesses.
Daniel Edward Jeminson, 21, of Kirkbymoorside, who was driving in convoy with Turnbull, was released on unconditional bail.
The case was adjourned until July 1, and a trial date was set for November 7. Natalia Wiley, of Pickering, was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident in which the Corsa overturned after coming off the A170 at Snainton on January 8.
