The carp at the Willows also proved easier to tempt on Saturday and weights were back to normal summer levels.
In a close finish, Andy Barker again topped the frame, this time with a solid 93lb haul of carp to 5lb, which he took on pellet fished at 16 metres across to the island at peg 35.
Andy Hampson was in close contention, finishing a fish behind with an even 91lb. Hampson fished meat deep and shallow at 48 for a mix of carp with ide and chub.
