THIEVES in East Yorkshire stripped lead from the roof of a number of houses.
The incidents occurred between 6pm on Sunday, March 20, and 5pm on Wednesday, April 6, on a number of properties in Montague Street, Goole.
Owners of a property which is being renovated noticed the lead flashing had been removed from the roof, and from other houses in the street.
Humberside Police have asked anyone who saw anything suspicious, or may have any information about the thefts, to phone 0845 6060222 and quote crime reference 1825861.
