THIEVES have stolen cars and electrical equipment in a series of burglaries in Harrogate.
Two white 3 Series BMWs were stolen from addresses in Harrogate, one from Daleside Avenue on Tuesday, between 6.30am and 5.30pm.
The thieves also took an IBM Thinkpad, a Samsung television and an Apple iPod, as well as a gold-and-blue topaz ring.
The second BMW was stolen from Yew Tree Lane between 10pm on Tuesday and 6.30am on Wednesday.
A grey Volkswagen Golf was also stolen from outside a property on Franklin Road between noon on Wednesday and 6.50am yesterday, and a mobile phone was stolen from a nearby parked car at the same time.
