ELDERLY residents in Harrogate have urged public transport bosses not to reduce the frequency of a valuable bus service.
The Transdev X59, which runs between Harrogate and Skipton, serving the Duchy area, will run twice a day instead of five times a day, and will cut out the Duchy area completely from April 16.
Jean Wood, secretary of the Headrow Residents Association said: “For most of us, the X59 is our only means of getting into town.”
