A CAMPAIGNER for speed restrictions has been announced as the new Labour candidate for Dringhouses and Woodthorpe.
Anna Semlyen, who is manager of York’s 20’s Plenty For Us campaign, said her plans included campaigning for more facilities for young people, increased pedestrian and cyclist safety, and creating a better sense of community.
