York-based building services company, SES, extended its relationship with All Saints RC School by sponsoring a brand new kit for the senior boys’ football team.

The donation forms part of a long-standing partnership between SES and neighbouring All Saints RC School in Mill Mount. Said SES divisional director for the north, Jim Marner: “The pupils at All Saints RC school are all very gifted and talented individuals, which can be attributed to the aspirational leadership within the school.

“Community engagement and local sponsorships are important components of our marketing and business strategies. Our close associations with schools like All Saints RC School, help to raise the awareness of our company in the local area and ultimately helps to attract the next generation of our workforce.”

The new kit, emblazoned with the SES logo, will directly benefit the boys of the sixth-form team who kicked off their 2010 season with a match against Trinity College from Doncaster in the English Schools’ Cup.

Last year, they were crowned North Yorkshire county champions.

Eddie Popple, from the All Saints physical education department was delighted with the donation.

“W have developed a strong working relationship with SES over the years and to see such real benefit is fantastic.

“I believe that physical education can be a dynamic and positive force in the life of our pupils, and SES is helping us to realise that.”
