York Knavesmire Harriers collected a number of medals in the final cross-country race in Wakefield.
The course was re-routed due to the wintry weather which brought freezing temperatures but it remained ideal for cross-country running.
Caroline Warrington came home in 13th place and collected third overall in the ladies’ series.
In the men’s race, Richard Lowson was the first Mire member home in 20th place, with fell specialist Giles Hawkings 62nd, Rory Henderson 100th, Duncan Chambers 129th and Ian Bithell 137th – and second in the men’s over-65 category.
Knavesmire men took sixth in the men’s team series.
In the Barnsley 10k, Knavesmire’s Peter Downes finished in 39 minuntes 40 seconds, with Stefan Durkin clocking 40-50, Martin Smith 41-10 and Daniel Sturgeon 41-47.
In the Dalby Forest 10k Trail Race, Harrier Julian Harrison clocked 43-30, Nicola Lawrence 45-29, Simon Dixon 50-28, Louise Mckenzie 53-14, Helen Ferrell 57-27 and Jo Bell 67-00.
