IN reply to Ian Snedden's letter (Food for thought on school meals, July 13), where has he got his information from? Has he been in a school kitchen recently? A revolution has taken place regarding school meals.
In my experience, we have highly trained staff, we source the best local produce with high nutritional value and we have excellent hygiene standards.
This isn't because of Jamie Oliver. This has been happening for some years.
