Defending champions Ken Richardson and Geoff Marshall (Filey Southdene) had a fright before winning their home Eric Gill Pairs Knockout semi-final against Alan Lawty's team from Langtoft.
Seemingly cruising home to a comfortable victory, they saw the Langtoft pair score a six before a four on the last end to come within one shot of forcing an extra end.
The Filey Southdene trio Stan Cammish, Alex Jack and Les Wing booked a place in the Tetley Triples Final with a tight home 14-12 win against the Stamford Bridge triple of Tony Moore, Maurice Jennison and David Hutchinson.
Nafferton beat Driffield 87-66 and Seamer beat Snainton 94-65 in the club KO quarter-finals.
In the semi-finals Seamer are away to Filey Southdene and Nafferton travel to the winners of Burniston v Kirkbymoorside.
