Widely regarded as England's finest uncapped goalkeeper, this new book gives a detailed summary of former York City manager Sam Bartram's playing career.
It's title is somewhat misleading, however, as it does not really offer any insight into the man himself, his family or his life outside of football and most of the information is seemingly based on record books and newspaper cuttings.
The former Charlton Athletic legend's managerial career at Bootham Crescent also only merits two pages of the book's 190 but there are some decent photographs.
