HAVE you seen this woman? Police in York are asking for the public’s help to locate Abigail Alexander, also known as Abbi Tudor, who is wanted for prison recall for failing to comply with the terms of her release licence.
She was sent to prison in October 2009 for assault and a public order offence.
Alexander is 41 years old and 5ft 6in tall with a slight build. Her hair is described as being mousy.
It is believed that she is in the York area.
Last year Alexander was given a 12-month council injunction banning her from every council property across the city without written permission from the authority.
She was the first person in York to be given one of the orders – imposed under the Housing Act 1996 – after housing bosses received a string of complaints about her lifestyle, which City of York Council said caused torment for law-abiding council tenants throughout the city.
Anyone who knows the current whereabouts of Abigail Alexander is asked to contact York police on 0845 60 60 247. Alternatively, they can contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
