A COMMUNITY cookbook launched by children at a York primary school has provided a tasty boost for a good cause.

As previously reported in The Press, sales of the book created by pupils from St Barnabas School have led to £1,400 being presented to Save The Children, the charity chosen by the youngsters themselves.

This book is a collection of recipes donated by a wide variety of members from the York community, and also contains a recipe from the celebrity chef Ainsley Harriot.
