Take note that veteran trainer Mick Easterby, as shrewd a handler as there is around, is sending King Zafeen all the way from Sheriff Hutton to Kempton's low-grade 'banded' meeting tomorrow.

And he has booked champion jockey Jamie Spencer for the mount.

The seven-furlong Play Roulette At Intercasino.co.uk Banded Stakes is the target for King Zafeen, who is on a retrieving mission.

Last week at Southwell the four-year-old, after being well supported down to 9-4, was beaten by a neck by Desert Fury over a mile in similar company. King Zafeen was overtaken near the finish after having raced keenly under Dale Gibson.

Tomorrow's shorter distance should suit King Zafeen, who can make his long journey south well worthwhile. He is awarded the Nap vote.

Robert Winston will also be in action at the London course and can score on Prime Recreation in the Intercasino.co.uk Banded Stakes over five furlongs.

A once-smart handicapper, who is now in the twilight of his career at the age of nine, Prime Recreation finished second at Wolverhampton last week, proving that he retains a fair measure of speed and enthusiasm. He is fancied to go one better tomorrow.

Veteran trainer Reg Hollinshead can provide the solution to the Win At Intercasino.co.uk Banded Stakes with Whitby Echo.

The four-year-old, runner-up in his latest outing last week, seems to be running into form and he will receive plenty of assistance from promising apprentice Russell Kennemore.

However Jamie Spencer fares on King Zafeen, also watch out for him aboard Monte Major in the Intercasino Tri-Banded Stakes.

The three-year-old, trained by Declan Daly, had three outings last season and finished unplaced in all of them. But he has qualified for a lowly handicap mark and he would hardly need to be anything like a world-beater to make his presence felt in this lowly company.
