REGARDING the new building proposed next to Museum Gardens, York, which I'm sure will be carried out whatever people say (March 29).
Do we need another restaurant in York?
Apart from hotels there are eight pages of such places in the Yellow Pages. How much can people spend?
There are two places in Museum Street plus one on Lendal. They will lose business.
The existing toilets do need knocking down. But what about families who go for pleasure into the gardens?
It's a delight to see children being free to play there in good weather. Are the toilets going to be replaced?
