THEY have spent millions at York Railway Station to make it better and up to date.
About 5.20am on Wednesday, March 15, my wife and I, both in our 70s, came on to platform seven from Manchester Airport. There were other trains already standing on the same platform.
We had four cases, two big, two small, but not a trolley to be seen anywhere. Others were looking too.
I had to walk outside the station - a long walk to get a trolley. Why?
Do the rail staff think that you only need a trolley if you come to the station by car?
