AS you read this, innocent children are being born, some of whom could become murderers, rapists, warmongers, racketeers, abusers or perhaps suicide bombers.

Others will be pacifists, sensitive to the consequential pain and suffering that indifference brings, and will have an intense desire for a caring peaceful world.

Things must alter, so that "inevitability" is revolutionised for the better.

The present generation can plant the seeds of decency for the future through the media of television, internet, written material and films to which children are exposed.

Parents and teachers and government should look much further ahead.

Many decent people are sick and tired of all those human beings hell bent on booking their tickets to heaven at any price without serious thought of adverse consequences rather than creating an earthly equivalent for their fellow men, women and children.

Lastly, for those who criticise world leaders yet would not and could not do their job, they would do well to respect the admirable statements that, if there indeed is a "judgement day", they will be answerable to God.

It is appalling that hostile opponents stoop to manipulate or deliberately misinterpret their remarks to try to discredit them.
