I READ with interest that sales of KitKats and Smarties have slumped recently (March 11).
Maybe if Nestl hadn't changed the chocolate on the KitKats and focused on making plain and simple old-fashioned quality items, and making them to a high standard and marketing them properly, they wouldn't have this problem.
Instead, they make many flavours of KitKats, none of which compare to the "original and best".
I suggest to Nestl "quality not quantity" in their future endeavours.
