POCKLINGTON RUFC travel to bottom of the table Yarnbury in Yorkshire Two with a strengthened side, writes Steve Carroll.
Scrum half James Dicks, centre Sandy Mitchell and winger Tim Nixon (number 11, above) all return after being unavailable last week.
In the pack, skipper and second row Matt Atkinson takes a week out, but there is experienced cover to replace him in the shape of John Ainslie and Ben Hirst.
Selby, without a league win in nearly three months, face a daunting task when they travel to Dore Moor to take on the current unbeaten Yorkshire One league leaders Sheffield Tigers.
But the Sandhill Laners will take heart from their home performance earlier this season when they narrowly went down 11-10.
Selby retain the back line-up that played so promisingly at Ripon last Saturday in the 36-20 cup win.
In the forwards, Andrew Pocklington returns at prop with Mark Tomlinson dropping to the bench. Jason Cicero is back in the second row at the expense of Rob Triffitt.
Both Richard Nicholson and Paul Randell are retained as flankers after their solid displays last week. Duncan Phillips and young winger Darren Hunter join Mark Tomlinson on the bench.
